金中一：政务微博推动创新2.0
JIN Zhongyi: Government Microblogging towards Innovation 2.0
2011年12月7日，第三届（2011）中国政府网站绩效评估暨第六届特色政府网站评选结果发布大会在北京梅地亚会议中心隆重举行。大会以“整合提升公共服务能力 分享政府网站最佳实践”为主题，由中国社会科学院信息化研究中心与国脉互联政府网站评测研究中心联合主办。
会上，拥有70多万粉丝的政务微博达人、浙江省海宁市司法局局长金中一做了以《政务微博推动创新2.0》为题的演讲， 现身说法，倡导微博政务——创新2.0时代的电子政务。 他介绍了海宁市司法行政系统的微博团队及取得的成绩，分析了政务官方微博与官员个人微博的区别。最后，金中一局长强调了微博问政的优势，指出政务微博需要实时发布最新信息、聆听民意、引导不正确的声音、坚持引导，开展微博问政。浙江省海宁市司法局网站获得第六届中国特色政府网站“服务创新奖”。
